Answer: We ordered this product and it did NOT work for us. They kept saying we weren't installing it correctly, but our Nissan software wouldn't recognize their CD's. We wanted to send it back, but they wanted us to send it on to another customer, we refused. They finally gave us an address to send it to, but they say they never got it. So we are out almost $1900.00 and Amazon did not back us up! The CD's they sent us were burned copies not originals. We would not recommend this company.
